SalesTraq released a new map of Las Vegas showing the 2014 appreciation in each zip code. The median price of homes increased by 10%! It might surprise you that some parts of Henderson and Summerlin had lower gains but because of the better schools and amenities in those neighborhoods they still have higher median home values

She has been deeply involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers since 2007 and has served many times on the board of our local chapter. Bonnie stays on top of the law and re-writes our management and lease agreements on a regular basis to cover new laws and best practices.
