Before you begin
If you've misplaced or lost your keys, don't worry — we're here to help. For security reasons, please contact our office as soon as possible and follow the steps below.
During Business Hours
Make your own copy
The fastest and easiest way to get new keys is to stop by our office at 525 S 9th Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
- Ask for the key
- Fill out a temporary key release & refundable deposit agreement
- Leave a $65 refundable deposit
- Make your own copy
- Return the key the same day and get your deposit back right away
Locksmith at our office
We can have a locksmith meet you at our office to make a copy for you, this will include additional charges.
Outside of Business Hours
Locksmith at our office
If it's outside of business hours or we do not have additional keys, submit a work order through your resident portal on Rentvine to have the locks replaced and receive new keys. (Charges will apply.)
